Property Management Network Inc. received the call on New years Eve, 12/31/06, late in the afternoon. A client residing out of state, and owning an investment property in Greenport was on the phone. New tenants had been waiting nearly (2) weeks to move in while the existing tenants vacated the premise, and the new tenants had informed her that they had to take occupancy on New Years Day since they were already out of their existing home. Mrs. P had been calling other companies for (2-3) days only to be told by all contacted that no one was working on New Years Day. Property Management Network Inc. assured her that we operated on a (24) hour basis, (365) days a year, and accepted the job. Our team arrived at the Greenport property early in the morning on New Years Day in a torrential down pour. The property was cleaned, excess furniture and debris removed from the premise for disposal, and all was readied just hours before the new tenants began to arrive with their family and furnishings to begin moving in. |

Mr. & Mrs. R. had sold their home and were making preparations to re-locate to a retirement village while the closing date was being scheduled. Mr. R. had long been battling illness, and just 2-3 weeks before the closing became hospitalized. Mrs. R. could not take care of making all of the necessary arrangements, and to make matters worse, it was occurring between the Christmas & New Year holiday. Property Management Network Inc., working through their attorney, and directly with Mr. R. at the hospital took charge of the situation. Property Management Network Inc. contacted and hired the moving company, roll-off container company, and spent the next (4) days packing, cleaning, and disposing of unwanted items. Property Management Network Inc. assisted in re-locating Mrs. R. into her new home, and delivering their (2) vehicles to the new property as well. Items of importance to Mr. R. that were somehow misplaced somewhere in their existing home were located by our staff and returned, giving him peace of mind. The work was completed on 12/29/06, and the property was ready for the closing to take place on time, and the new owners to take immediate occupancy. |
